Dealer could not repair the car because Alpha has a known problem and no current software update. Dealer was professional and is not at fault. The check engine light eliminates several functions including auto start and all driving modes that are part of the the Alpha DNA and the whole reason for paying a lot of money for a quad. Its frustrating that this car has software issues that are not sorted out - and the customer pays .

Outstanding service. Although I went to Genesis to look at a particular vehicle, I ended purchasing one that was better suited to my needs thanks to the help of Alyssa Sherman. She was delightful to work with. I would recommend Genesis to everyone.

My vehicle needed specialized repairs which were highly technical but after repairs were completed, my vehicle's cold start, running, acceleration, shifting, performance, and gas mileage have improved significantly, and it runs like a brand-new car. Everyone did a fantastic job from management to the service crew. This dealership has always been my number one place for vehicle repairs, and I am never disappointed.

Everything was on time and awesome. Upon my arrival the repair door open and the wonderful service lady greeted me. Then she carefully listened to my concerns as it related to the car. She was able and willing to give answer if she new it or she would say let me check to make sure. That's what she did. I was pleased that things was handled quick. I discovered this dealership on accident as I was looking for a Nissan armada?s and this is a Fiat dealership. I met Matt at the sales desk and he was super kind and straightforward about the buying process with Genesis. I would not hesitate to send friends or family here as the buying process was easy and quick. I am enjoying my 2020 Nissan armada and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

The service on my Fiat 500X is (and always has been) superb! Appointments scheduling is easy and when I arrive I have great 'customer service'. Adam and Lindsey (sorry if misspelled) Campbell are top-notch. The dealership is a ways for me to travel but would not (and have not) trusted my car to anyone else!!

Adam from service was very accommodating to my needs so i did not have to wait at the dealer while my car was serviced and also picked me up from where i was after my car was serviced.

Service department is outstanding. Never have to call and beg for an update, never had to stay ontop of them. They called me every time there the was any new information with my vehicle and when there were long delays due to parts shortages they still kept me updated. Pleasant associates and timely service appointments. Nice snacks and coffee bar in waiting area. Small issue; my clock and date settings were not re-set after the full battery recharge. No biggie. But the cappuccino in the waiting room was a delicious recharged for my own battery.

By far, this is the best dealership that I have ever visited. The staff and mechanics are always professional, knowledgable, and I trust their opinions and they have never taken advantaged of me, but have always been honest with the cost of my vehicle repairs. They have also assisted me far and above what other dealerships have NEVER done for me when it comes to rentals and loaner cars. I highly recommend this dealership. I bought a MY18 Alfa Romeo Stelvio, MY17 Alfa Romeo Giulia and replaced this latter one with a MY20 Giulia. Great buying experience, highly reasonable maintenance and repair service. End of December they even contacted me before I received a recall campaign letter from Stellantis/AF to schedule an appointment. Tammie and her stuff were all super nice and very competent!

While we bought our Fiat elsewhere, I choose this dealership for service as all others fail in comparison. It is quite the drive from my home in Plymouth but it is so hard to find a shop that has solid experience with Fiat. Lindsay is very polite, professional, and keeps me in the loop for all repairs. She alone makes the drive worth it. All repairs have resolved the issues/problems identified and the prices are fair. Will continue to come here in the future.


My Alfa Romeo had a complicated problem and the computer could not communicate with the Gulio to diagnose. They loaned me a ‘22 car for a month until finally solving and replacing 2 major components. I appreciate their efforts and concern. The service department kept me appraised as to their proceedings.

I have my oil change scheduled last Wednesday at 2pm but when I get there, I was told by the guy at the desk that he forgot to put my name on the book schedule when he took my call the previous week. So i was asked to come back at 3:15pm. Since I dont wanna reschedule for another day, i agreed to come back. Came back 3:15pm, they worked on the car and was done after an hour. This office is by far the best in town. They allowed us to test drive the car after other dealerships said you can’t test drive a high performance vehicle! They helped us get the best auto loan deal as well.

I enjoyed visiting Fiat Lakeside, they have a nice lounge area and Stan (sales agent) treated me respectfully. I drove a couple of cars before making my final decision, no rush i was told, so i took my time to test them even in the highway. At the end, i got a good deal for my truck so i didn't have to look anywhere else for a used car.

On my last purchase of a vehicle, it was years before I found out how certain things worked. Well, not with my new 500x!! The day that I picked up my car, the salesman was so helpful in teaching how the car works and functions. I walked out very knowledgeable about all features on the 500x! I went to Fiat of Lakeside because they had a great inventory of Fiat 124 Spiders. Salesman Dave had me quickly on the road test driving the car of my choice.
